When exchanging an item, please make sure all original garment tags are still attached and the item(s) are unused and returned in soft packaging. We will not accept exchanges that have stains or have been worn.
If you need to cancel an order please call/email us within 48 hours. If the cancellation is done in time, the refund is processed within 10 working days, through the same mode of payment.
In case you receive a damaged product, please email/call us immediately! Please note, you need to send back the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving it, as we won't accept damaged returns after that.
