All orders are shipped from our warehouse in New Delhi.
We offer free shipping within India (YAY) when paid for online by a debit or credit card.
We don’t offer cash on delivery.
As soon as you place your order you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are sent out within 2 business days (subject to availability) from our warehouse. Once your order is on its way you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you have any questions about your order please email/call us.

We will gladly exchange item(s) or give you store credit, within 14 days of you receiving your package.
We do not allow refunds for any items.

When exchanging an item, please make sure all original garment tags are still attached and the item(s) are unused and returned in original packaging. We will not accept exchanges that have stains or have been worn.
We usually process all orders within 48 hours (subject to availability) so call/email us immediately in case you need to cancel! Once the order is processed we are unable to cancel it. If the cancellation is done in time, the refund is processed within 10 working days, through the same mode of payment.
In case you receive a damaged product, please email/call us immediately! Please note, you need to send back the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving it, as we won't accept damaged returns after that.
