All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Faridabad, Haryana.

We offer free shipping within India.

Shipping is FREE for international orders over $250. All other orders are charged a standard shipping rate of $20.

We offer CASH ON DELIVERY  to certain areas within India. To know if your area is eligible for COD, please enter your pin code at checkout.

As soon as you place your order you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is on its way you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. If you have any questions about your order please email/call us.

Please be sure to enter your full address including your pin code and phone number at checkout.

Most of our domestic orders are received within 7 - 10 working days, and 10 – 14 working days internationally. Please feel free to email us if you need your order urgently.

We do not allow refunds for any items.

We will gladly exchange item(s) or give you store credit, within 14 days of you receiving your order. This is applicable to custom orders as well. 

Your store credit doesn’t expire so you’re free to use it anytime.

When exchanging an item, please make sure all original garment tags are still attached and the item(s) are unused and returned in soft packaging. We will not accept exchanges that have stains or have been worn.

If you need to cancel an order please call/email us within 48 hours. If the cancellation is done in time, the refund is processed within 10 working days, through the same mode of payment.

In case you receive a damaged product, please email/call us immediately! Please note, you need to send back the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving it, as we won't accept damaged returns after that.
