Rengé x Asu

One of the best parts of our job is the people we get to work and collaborate with. We first met Asu in 2017 when she did an editorial shoot for Rengé, and she’s been a favourite of ours ever since! Over the years, Asu has found a way to make each piece she wears her own, channeling her unique sense of style and self-expression. We have been so lucky to work together, and wanted you guys to get to know her a little better!

Tell us a little bit about yourself? What are you passionate about?

My name is Asu, I am a stylist and model, and I am very passionate about my work.

What is your relationship with fashion?
I think I have a good relationship with fashion. I honestly don’t follow trends, and I just stay true what I like or love...I wear what I am comfortable with and what speaks my personality.

What career advice would you give to someone starting out in the fashion industry?
Work hard, be patient and never give up!

Are you a conscious consumer?
Yes I have definitely become one. I guess once you reach a certain age you are more aware about what you eat or what you wear.

What is one piece of fashion advice you’d give your younger self?
Don’t be afraid to try new things and don’t ever doubt yourself because you are amazing at what you do.
