When it comes to creating new collections, Sheena looks to the world around her. This could be the amazing women she meets of all shapes and sizes, the places she visits or just people watching. She loves noticing the way people dress. Given that this past year has been a little bit different, Sheena chose to look inward for inspiration.
One of the best parts of our job is the people we get to work and collaborate with. We first met Asu in 2017 when she did an editorial shoot for Rengé, and she’s been a favourite of ours ever since! For me this year has been a great reminder to be self-sufficient and immersed in nature. During lockdown, when the world literally stopped I was amongst the lucky people that had enough to eat and a roof over my head. Because my basic needs were met, I could work from home, spend time with my dogs, play the piano, do house chores and generally take care of my mental health.
